I was told by a chap that not having a feature to pause was an 'feature of the game.Let's make it clear. It is part of the game. The option to add dialogue is also a feature.Not including something is not a feature.

If it were available it would encourage more people to experience these games you hold in such a high regard. or (and here's the elephant in the room) are they valued so extremely, just due to the bragging rights of having suffered through to completion?

Yet, the developers have talked about the topic and for the time being that it's not something they have plans to introduce.Fair enough. I'm moving forward as the game is going, slowly but surely.I have to ask what would happen if FromSoftware introduced a harder level of difficulty... Would that be acceptable?
