If you had balanced for a player without these boosts, players with the turm + ovl will have a tough time navigating the game through the park. If you were balancing for a player with these boosts then they were pretty much an absolute requirement. This isn't the ideal situation as the buffs that prayer and potions offer ought to be seen as a boost along side[sic] the things you already had instead of being as crucial as having the best weapon in the game.

However, with their current strengths, turmoil is capable of giving you similar boost to the distinction between barrows versus nex gear/choatics, and also overloads are capable of providing an identical boost as gap between the godwars gears and nex gear/chaotics. They are, therefore, far from little boosts.

I can appreciate that compared to the current numbers these seem like huge nerfs but the issue is that turm/ovl is currently far too powerful and has been left in that state for too long.

It seems to me that when the update to the cb starts, summoning isn't the same as herblore but after the summoning rework it should become a lot more effective.

In spite of everything else I'd suggest using the xp to summon as it will benefit more out of the bonus xp as you'll save money and time gathering charms. Remember how summoning had a 1.1x multiplier on weekend bonuses, which was different from other skill types, so that it was not to get out of balance? This time, it's exactly the same as every other skill, so I'd make use of it should I need summoning the xp.

I believe it's time I learn the skill. As of now, I'm 63 in that skill. But the only experience I have with that ability (I mean performing it, not actually the exp for getting a higher level) The experience is about 5 times of alone.

I'm averaging several hundred tokens. that's why I'm not able to enjoy any rewards from dungeoneering (I would like to have a bonecrusher for hunter/combat training). The way I got my proficiency in the skill was cheap RS gold through guthix's tears, jack of trades, penguin points, and lamps from quests and sof. I cheated my ways through the skill and now I'm a novice dungeoneering player at level at 63.
