There are definitely serious issues that the game is experiencing, and with fans growing increasingly antsy about the apparent inability of Blizzard to fix them community manager PezRadar has published a lengthy blog post that explains what's wrong, the steps being taken to fix it, how they're going about it, and why it could take a while to sort things out."

It was a different story on Monday. Blizzard made fixes to Diablo 2's backup global database, and then attempted to make the switch. Following the switch the database continued to run its backup processes and not respond to queries from buy diablo II resurrected items servers located elsewhere.
