The Boston Bruins were dominant a theme that's been evident since the start of the 2019-20 campaign in their 7-4 victory over the New York Rangers on Sunday,and a lot of that succe s can be credited to their top line of Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak.

In Boston's victory, Bergeron notched a hat Christian Kirksey Jersey trick the fifth of his career while Marchand and Pastrnak both put up five-point nights.

After going into the first intermi sion down 1-0, the Bruins came out flying, and Bergeron tied the Duke Johnson Jersey game 11 seconds in after picking up a loose puck left behind by Pastrnak, who had been crashing the net and was tripped up by a sliding Rangers defender. The 34-year-old then added another goal about halfway through the third period to make it 6-2 before scoring on an empty-net for the hat trick. He now has five goals and eight points on the season.

Marchand also had a multi-goal game, scoring his first le s than a minute after Bergeron in the second period to give Boston a 2-1 lead and then adding his second with about eight minutes remaining in the middle frame to increase the Bruins' lead to Greg Joseph Jersey three. He also had three a sists, aidingBergeron to the hat trick.

The 31-year-old winger now has points in 10 straight games and has registered a point in all but one game this season.

It was perhaps Pastrnak though, despite seeing his goal-scoring streak end at five games, that impre sed the most. He had five a sists, three of them on Bergeron's three tallies and two more on goals by Marchand and Zdeno Chara. With his performance, which included speed, vision and strong hockey IQ, the 23-year-old was able to take the NHL scoring lead with T. J. Carrie Jersey 23 points, pa sing John Carlson, Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid, who were in a three-way tie for first with 21apiece.

The Czech forward now has points in nine straight games.

Combining for 10 points, Marchand and Pastrnak became the third Bruins teammates in the last 30 years to each put up five points in a game; the last two to do so were Joe Thornton and Glen Murray in 2001 ().
