Elyon introduces the Paladin class to its latest update. The update also includes balance changes, a new Mana Awakening season, new equipment, and a Elyon Gold  number of adjustments to dungeons and other content.

The update introduces a variety of changes and also initiates a variety of events, but at the centre of it is the arrival in the Paladin category. The Paladin has a Long Sword and Holy Shield and can deal damage, but they can also shield their allies when required. The Paladin's arrival opens a couple of new events which include the arrival of Twitch droppings (through June 6th) and the Paladins from The Holy Trinity Event, a contest in every region to honor the first three Paladins to reach level 48. Players who win will receive items as well as special titles such as "Holy Trinity".

The Mana Awakening season has been reset, and the next season begins, dubbed Month of the Balance. This new season implies that certain imprints have been changed or removed, and everyone begins again, but now at level 1. You'll be able to pick one Transcendent Imprint, and the new one will be available after every 10 mana. Honor Points are also reset for the start of the new season.

There's some new gear and equipment items, including a new one called Armlets, which will fit into the gloves slot, and is able to be upgraded for improved stats. Another new piece of equipment is called Artifacts which has a random effect which you can either add or increase depending on the levels of enhancement. These are obtained from certain raids and challenges, for example, Breath bosses in the vicinity of the Mana Wall.

Other changes affect the balance of classes and balance, runestone slots, dungeons, and other changes to monsters and challenges. This includes upgrades to rewards from The Hall of Challenges, and Gold Box gold being doubled. The cheap Elyon Gold matchmaking system has now let teams be found in a way that is unbiased to the Realm, which means you can search for a team faster. If you're matched up with players from another Realm, you leave the game when you exit the dark dungeon.
