The Paladin's personality gauge is referred to as the piety meter, and it will fill slowly on its own during combat, increasing further every time you land on the ground Lost Ark Gold. Once it's filled, you are able to use one of two identity skillsthat enhance an individual of the Paladin's sides. The Sacred Executioner helps you become better in DPS, increasing the power and effectiveness of all Punish skills which is the reason the sword-swinging abilities are called. Holy Aura gives a damage boost to members of your party within its broad spectrum, and when combined with the appropriate Lost Ark engraving becomes your principal resource for healing.
One disadvantage of the Paladin is the importance engravings are for making an individual feel appreciated. If a Paladin is your main game, you'll probably have a decent amount of engravings simply by doing sidequests while you progress to 50. However, should you decide to use a Paladin as an alternative, it will be difficult to locate the engravings you want. If you choose to do so this, it's a split focus which means the Paladin won't be the greatest at either thing.
The benefit having a Paladin who isn't associated with their abilities is that playing one makes the player feel more as if they actually belong in the story. Lost Ark's first continent sees you being chosen by an angel and fighting alongside a cleric and king, and becoming knight. It's standard Paladin action, and the cutscenes seem to be designed for a sword. But it sure looks strange when one of the characters in the range have to use their weapon to hit someone from afar to tell a story.
Similar to the majority of Lost Ark classes, the two possible builds are based off the two engravings for the class of the Paladin. Judgment boosts the damage of your Punish skill and piety meter gains Cheapest Lost Ark Gold, also the period of use of the Sacred Executioner identity skill by 100% while Blessed Aura alters the impact on the Holy Aura identity skill so that it minimizes damage and heals over the course of time.
