The Big 12 decided Monday not to expand from 10 teams. Iowa State athletic director Jamie Pollard said theconference stood pat because itdoesn't want to dilute its value.Pollard said the conference chose to remain at 10 teams because adding teams that may not be able to compete with the likes of Texas and Oklahoma could "clutter up the proce s" of expansion in the future.
