A lot among World of Warcraft's expansions have included new classes and races that players can take on and experience a new experience within the game. Although the most recent World of Warcraft expansion, WOW Classic TBC, didn't offer any of these, Dragonflight will give players the opportunity to play a new class as well as a brand new race all in one. The Dracthyr is a hybrid species of the dragon-mortal that were created by the Aspect of Earth, the Black Dragon Neltharion (WoW Cataclysm's principal antagonist), 10 millennia ago. The Dracthyr also come from the Dragon Isles and will allow players to play as dragon-like into their play. The Dracthyr boast a myriad of customizable options. The player decides what dragonflights want their character to look like, along with every other little aspect of the design.

The most important thing is that this race has an entirely new class called the Evoker. Only Dracthyr is able to be Evokers and is the only race this race can be played as. Evokers are a ranged class that can serve in a healing or damage dealing role. They come with their own unique images that show their draconic nature to life, such as taking on enemies by swooping by stretching their wings and roasting them with a fiery breath. Evokers are dragons. Evokers are part of the WoW Hero Class, just like death knights and the demon hunter before them. This means they start with a higher level than other classes . They also have special lore related to the expansion they were introduced to.

As is the norm for many of the expansions for World of Warcraft various models featured in the game will either be made available or updated. WoW: WOW Classic TBC brought with it an extensive range of new designs and effects for the cheap TBC Classic Gold  character, also introducing some new characters we've never seen before. Dragonflight is similar, having revealed some fresh and exciting new designs for fan-favorite characters such as Alexstrazsa The Dragonqueen and Kalecgos from the Blue Dragonflight.
